This notice explains how Union Bank Employees Association, Uttar Pradesh uses information collected through the constitution survey.
Information collected
When you submit, we store your name, branch / office, district, selected topic, clause reference (if provided), proposed change and reason. We also record a reference number, submission time, language and consent version. The form does not ask for a PF number, mobile number or salary details.
Purpose and access
Information is used to review constitution suggestions and for any necessary follow-up. Only authorised administrators can view and download responses. Responses are not public. This form does not obtain consent to publish named responses. Because a name is requested, the survey is not anonymous.
Technical information
Essential session cookies support the form and administrator login. Temporary hashes of request identifiers, including IP addresses, help limit excessive attempts. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the response table. The hosting provider may retain normal security logs.
Corrections, deletion requests and contact
To request a correction or deletion, email the union at the address below and include your reference number if available. The app has no automatic deletion schedule. Authorised administrators are responsible for managing downloaded copies. Participation is voluntary.
